About Me

My name is Trish, born and raised on the beautiful coast of Maine. I found my passion for creating pastries and desserts while attending The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, Massachusetts. After graduating, I continued on this path for a few years until I started my family, I stayed home to raise my children before entering the culinary world again. I worked in a couple local shops where I had creative license to really showcase my skills as a pastry chef for the last 15 years. In July of 2024, I moved to Florida with my youngest child, my dog, and my cat. I am a single mom, a hard worker, and love to spread happiness through my desserts.
